GameTrack: Library & Goals (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is a gaming companion app for iPhone that helps you track your game library, set goals, view play statistics, and keep personal notes and reviews. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information the app handles and how.

The app is designed to work without an account. The content you create — your game library, goals, play sessions, statistics, notes, and reviews — is stored locally on your device.

If you enable iCloud sync, this content is stored in your private iCloud account so it can sync across your Apple devices. We do not have access to the contents of your private iCloud database.

We do not collect your name, email address, or contacts, and we do not require you to sign up to use the app.

Your data is used solely to provide the app's features — showing your library, calculating statistics, and tracking progress toward your goals. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for advertising.

iCloud sync is provided by Apple and governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. If the app displays game artwork or metadata sourced from public catalogs, those requests are limited to retrieving that information.

Because your data lives on your device (and, if enabled, in your own iCloud account), you remain in control of it. You can delete any item in the app at any time, and removing the app from your device deletes its local data. To remove synced data, delete the app's data from your iCloud settings.

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised policy.
